HOTEL OVERVIEW
 | | hotel outside | | Anna Fendi Venturini dedicated love and creativity together with her daughters Maria Teresa and Maria Ilaria and her grandchildren Giulio Cesare and Delfina to design interiors and exteriors of their family houses.
Their last creation has been the restoration of the Foresteria of the historical building of Villa Laetitia.
We are in Rome along the Lungotevere between Piazza del Popolo and the Prati quarter inspired to King Umberto I, in a Villa rich in scenic and monumental expressions, designed in 1911 by Armando Brasini, among the best authors of the 20’s in a fortunate architectural season, blended with elements of modernism and Roman culture, rationalism and international influence. | |

The restoration of the foresteria (guest flat) created small apartments with living room, kitchenette, terrace or garden in total respect of your privacy and full of the privacy and warmth of your own home, giving to each apartment a different personality.
